Abandoned carts are a huge worry especially if you did not optimise your check out process. This extension sends out emails to encourage your customers to check out, so even if 1 out of a 100 follows through this nudge, it would have paid for this extension!

You need to get the extra package where Mageplaza will do the installation for you. Otherwise, you need to spend lots of time on it and if you have any questions and create a ticket expect an answer from 24-30 hours.

Just install, configure the mail templates and schedule. We saw recuperated sales within 24 hours of installing. The built in templates were a little awkward (developers don't speak English as a first language, it appears), but replace with your own language and it was up and running for me in literally 15 minutes. This extension has paid for itself within the first week of using it.

Our online store has some serious problems with cart abandonment as the shipping fee is often high. However, since I had this outstanding extension run in my site, we cut down the cart abandonment rate and the revenues have been recovered quickly. Thanks Mageplaza! Good job!
