Rather than using a flat shipping rate for all orders, this feature lets you create multiple shipping options with different rates based on different factors.
Our extension supports the following 5 primary shipping methods:

Flat Rate: The seller applies a fixed shipping rate to all orders or items, regardless of factors such as weight, dimensions, and destination.

Free Shipping: You can set a minimum order amount to qualify for free shipping, and also include taxes within this method.

In-Store Delivery: Customers can opt for In-Store Delivery to pick up their orders at the store. A separate fee may apply for this option.

Table Rate Shipping by Mageplaza: This is a unique feature that is exclusive to Mageplaza's module. Shipping fees will be automatically calculated based on the volumetric weight of the order.
Rule-based shipping rates
Admins can create flexible shipping rules by setting specific conditions for each delivery method. These conditions can include the shipping destination (country, state/region, zip/postcode), order details (weight, price, quantity), and the assigned shipping group.
Support of multiple rate types
You have the flexibility to set up different fee types while adding a new shipping rate:

Product Fixed Rate: A fixed fee applied to each individual product in the cart.

Product Percentage Rate: A percentage-based fee calculated on the price of each product.

Weight Unit Fixed Rate: A fixed fee applied per unit of weight.

Order Fixed Rate: A fixed fee applied to the entire order, regardless of the number of products or their weight.
Volumetric weight calculation
The system calculates shipping rates based on both actual weight and volumetric weight for greater accuracy. This is essential for oversized, lightweight items to prevent undercharging. This plugin supports 3 options for volumetric weight calculation as follows:

Option 1: Based on volumetric weight: When you choose this option, the "Select Weight Attribute" field will appear, allowing you to select the product attribute that contains the volume weight value. These attributes can be SKU, Price, Cost, Tier Price, and more.

Option 2: Based on volumetric: You can calculate the volume weight indirectly using the product's volume. Choosing this option will display two additional fields: "Select Volumetric (V) Attribute" and "Shipping Factor."

Option 3: Base on volume attributes: The system indirectly calculates the volumetric weight by measuring the product's length, width, height and shipping factors.
Shipping rates by product group
You can categorize your products into groups based on criteria such as size, weight, fragility, value, or any other criteria you prefer. For example: compact product group, bulky product group, fragile product group, high-end product group, etc.
Each product group will be assigned a separate shipping rate table, allowing you to flexibly adjust shipping rates based on the characteristics of each group.

Importing/exporting shipping rates
Mageplaza's module helps store admins save significant time during data export/import processes. Besides exporting data into CSV files, our extension provides 3 options for importing rates:

Import from existing rate: This feature is useful when admins want to create a new shipping method with only a few changes compared to an existing one.

Bulk import rates via excel/csv file: This feature shortens the time for importing a large number of shipping rates, suitable for stores with a large product quantity.

Import manually: Admins need to manually enter information such as fixed rate, percentage rate, order fixed rate, estimated delivery time, etc.
Estimated delivery time
During checkout, the system will automatically estimate and display the delivery time for each available shipping option as the customer adds items to their cart.
Displaying error message
If a customer chooses an unavailable shipping option, the system will display an error message, such as: 'This shipping method is currently unavailable. Please contact us for assistance.' This error message can be easily customized in the system settings.
Displaying/hiding unavailable methods
Magento 2 Table Rate Shipping automatically shows or hides shipping methods that don't apply to a customer's order. This simplifies the checkout process and reduces customer support inquiries.
Sort order
The Sort Order feature in Magento 2 Table Rate Shipping enables store administrators to customize the display order of shipping methods on the checkout page. This ensures that preferred shipping methods are prominently displayed.

Including virtual products
